Shipping & Return Policy 

Please note that we do not ship daily. Orders ship out within 2 weeks of purchase, typically sooner. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once the USPS scans your package at the post office. Unfortunately, as a small business I can not personally insure the items in your package, however, each shipping charge comes with $100.00 worth of insurance from USPS. If upon delivery you notice that your offerings arrive broken, damaged, or they never make it to you and are lost in transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier on your behalf to be reimbursed. Unfortunately this is not something I can do for you as the USPS usually requires proof of damage, etc. I take extra special care to make sure your items are wrapped and packaged to make it safely to you in transit, but sometimes things happen on the mail route and that is out of my hands. I am not responsible for your items after they are scanned into the post office. 

Return Policy:

We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless an item is defective or an error was made on our part, this includes tickets for classes, plant walks, moon gatherings, etc. If you believe your item arrived damaged or incorrect due to our mistake, please email us at CedarAndMoonApothecary@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Please be sure to include your order number and a clear photo of the issue at hand.
