Community Plant Walk + Sound Bath Session

Join us for a slow and intentional morning at the Japanese Gardens. We’ll begin with a guided community plant walk where we’ll spend time observing and learning about the plants growing around us, followed by a tea service and a grounding sound bath session with India Bryant of Ruth’s Garden.

This gathering is meant to offer space to reconnect with ourselves, one another, and the natural world around us. Expect a peaceful morning filled with conversation, quiet observation, healing sounds, and community care. If you’ve been looking for something to do, for friends of like mind, to learn more about holistic wellness and healing—this is for you!
