About the event
The Mobile Medical Museum and Mobile Urban Growers are co-hosting the inaugural Heritage Harvest, a community event benefitting the Robert Thrower Medicinal Garden, Mobile's first community garden dedicated to highlighting the history and current practices of herbal medicines around the world.
Event activities will include a vendor market featuring locally made garden products, educational demonstrations on cultivation, crafting, and cooking, and tours of the Garden and Museum.
Tickets are $6 per person and free for children ages 5 and under.
Cedar and Moon will be doing a demonstration on crafting herbal tea with wild medicinal herbs and will have an information table set up as well as some customer favorite apothecary goods.
Come out for a fun, invigorating, and wholesome day of horticultural activities!
